Gail I. Nevius Abbas is Of Counsel in the Intellectual Property Group at Jeffer Mangels & Mitchell LLP. She advises clients on domestic and international trademark and copyright matters, with a practice focused on brand development, protection, enforcement, and portfolio management.

Gail works closely with clients to develop and implement trademark registration and policing strategies in the United States and abroad.
