As Chief Attorney Recruiting and Professional Development Officer, Keisha serves as a strategic partner to the firm’s practice groups, leading attorney recruiting efforts and advancing firmwide talent initiatives aligned with the firm’s business and growth objectives.
With two decades of human resources experience focused on recruiting, Keisha brings deep extensive experience in attorney hiring, talent acquisition strategy, and recruiting operations. She works closely with firm leadership and practice group leaders to assess talent needs, support growth initiatives, and oversee the attorney lifecycle from recruiting through onboarding and integration—ensuring a thoughtful, consistent, and high quality approach across the firm.
Prior to her current role, Keisha led firmwide lateral recruiting initiatives at an Am Law–ranked law firm. Earlier in her career, she held human resources roles with a primary focus on recruiting across corporate and public sector organizations, including experience supporting talent acquisition in large, complex environments and recruiting across U.S. and international markets. She is known for her disciplined, relationship driven approach and her ability to partner effectively with leadership to build and sustain high performing attorney teams, bringing a strong interest in helping organizations grow their talent through thoughtful recruiting strategies and long term leadership partnerships.
Keisha holds a Strategic Human Resources Leadership Certificate and an HR Analytics Certificate from Cornell University. She is also actively involved in the legal community, including service on the Mecklenburg Bar Association’s Attorney Mentor Recruitment Subcommittee.
